Yoga teacher training in Palma de Mallorca

study, noun /ˈstʌd.i/
the deepening of a practice —
with time, structure and guidance.

A training in presence —
for those who want to teach people, not simply lead classes.

You learn through experience before instruction.
Movement first. Reflection second.
Systemic coaching woven into the practice —
not added afterwards.

Whether you dream of teaching yoga professionally
or simply want to understand yourself more deeply,
this training meets you where you are.

Small groups.
Personal mentoring.
A practice that becomes your own.

most rooms teach to an average.

The average shoulder. The average back.
The average person, who has never walked in.

You have been in such a room.
Following something that was not written for you.
Adjusting quietly. Hoping it was close enough.

Here we train for the other way of working.
One person, or a few.
Close enough to see what is happening,
and to answer it.

That is a different craft.
Not a class delivered, but a practice built —
around this body, this week, this person.

three tools.

Movement — strength, mobility, stretch, the shape of things.
Regulation — breath, stillness, sound.
Conversation — systemic coaching, and the first meeting:
what to ask, what to hear, what to leave.
After de Shazer and Berg: the answer is usually
already in the room.

Rarely one alone.
Usually all three, in a measure
that changes with the person, and with the day.

Reading which, and how much —
that is what takes the year.

where you start.

Not with experience.
Not with a body that already does what it is told.

With a question, and the patience to follow it.

Some arrive after years of practice.
Some after a few months.
Both learn the same things —
because what is taught here is not
the next level of a practice,
but a different kind of attention.

A full training in yoga —
and more than that.

You learn to teach yoga: Vinyasa, Yin, the breath,
the sequence, the art of holding a room. A complete,
generous foundation.

But movement here is not kept in boxes. A flow can hold
strength. A class can borrow from pilates, from somatic
and functional work. You learn to move freely between
them — and to build, with that freedom, something that
fits the person in front of you.

Not a class for thirty. A practice for one, or for a few.

That is a different craft.
Not a class delivered, but a practice built —

The training holds:

— movement: Vinyasa, Yin, pilates and functional work
— methodology: sequencing, teaching, holding a room
— anatomy: the body, and what we may do for it
— systemic coaching: to meet a person, not only a class
— the nervous system: breath, meditation, sound
one to one: the art of guiding a single body
— ethics, posture and the path into your own work

Taught through practice, in small groups — learned in
your own body first.

what you leave with.

The ability to look at a body and see it.
To know why a movement works,
and what to do when it does not.
To sit with someone before the first hour
and understand what they are actually asking for.

Not more poses.
A different way of working.

who it's for.

Some arrive wanting to lead a room.
Others come to understand their own.
Both leave able to do both.

We keep the group small — so that no one is a number,
and every question has room to be asked.

You don’t need to know enough. You need to be willing to learn.

More than a teacher.

You leave able to create — freely, for real people.
Not to fill a timetable, but to build a practice that
is considered, personal, and entirely your own.

Made to fit a working life.

Almost every weekend is held without touching your
holiday — except the systemic coaching week, which
opens the training and asks for a few days of your own.
During the training, you are also welcome in all our
regular classes, as our guest.
